Pan Pacific RV was the first place my husband took me to check out RVs when we first started shopping for trailers. It was a comfortable setting to shop with no hassling. Donna Barbera was the sales person that took us around to various trailers, although that day we left and told her we wanted to shop around at other stores. We ended up going to an RV show the following weekend and made an offer on a trailer. A few days later, we were notified there was some sort of financing/pricing issue. Donna happened to call us two days after we found out we were not picking up a trailer. I explained our situation and the problem we had in financing with the people at the other place and she told me to come see her and she would get us into one. I told her that I didn't want to waste her time, our time and the gas money to drive from the bay area to their location to be set-up for another disappointment. She told us she would take care of our gas, committed to sell us a trailer and had a great finance team that would get us into one. We were pretty skeptical! We arrived on Saturday, gave Donna a list of trailers we were interested in seeing on her lot that we saw on their web page. We narrowed it down to two trailers. When we sat down to decide which one, she handed us a $20.00 bill as she promised and began working with us on the price. Working with Donna and her team was painless and non-stressful. Today, we are a happy trailer owner and got the RV we wanted, in-fact, it was 10 times better quality than the one we initially attempted to purchase, pricing was exact to what we wanted to pay and got us the financing we were promised. If you are serious in purchasing an RV, don't waste your time with the other dealers. Go straight to Pan Pacific at French Camp and ask for Donna Barbera.
